詳細內容：崗位要求/ Job requirements 1、8年以上汽配加工行業工作經驗，5年以上品質管理工作經驗； Have more than 8 years experience on process of automobile parts field and more than 5 years experience on quality management. 2、理工類或相關專業大專以上學歷, 受過生產管理，品質管理，產品知識等方面的培訓 ； Above junior college with polytechnic or relative majors, have training experience on production management, quality management or knowledge product. 3、熟練應用TSO/TS16949及APQP質量管理體系； Familiar with TSO/TS16949 and APQP system of quality. 4、熟練掌握SPC、柏拉圖、PDCA等常用質量控制和質量改進工具 ； Familiar with SPC, PDCA and relative tools of quality control and quality improvement. 5、了解精益生產的相關知識，熟悉公司的工藝工序，工作原理與機能。 Know well productive relative knowledge, our company process of products, work principle and function. 6、對生產線工序半成品/成品檢驗/首件檢驗，及外協加工零件檢查及指導 Inspect semi-finished, finished products and first piece on production lines, Inspect and guide external processing parts. 7、具有迅速排解生產質量問題的能力，良好的英文閱讀能力與理解能力 Be able to solve problem of quality on production, good skill of reading and understanding English. 8、能適應倒班要求，富有工作激情，有上進心； Can work shift time, with passion and ambition. 9、協助車間做好生產訂單其它輔助工作 Assist with workshop for production orders and other assist work. 工作職責/Responsibilities 1、掌控工藝狀態，對工藝的改變對產品的影響進行認定，并論證設定的合理性。 Control process states, indentify change of process will influence in products and demonstrate rationality of setting. 2、根據公司的質量狀況組織質量控制方案，監控產品全過程質量. According to company quality condition to organize plan of control quality, monitor product quality.. 3、定期評估解決的工藝或控制方案 Timely evaluate solved processes or plan of control. 4、制定產品質量檢驗標準，產品信息反饋，統計流程。 Formulate product quality, feedback of product information and statistical process. 5、處理客戶反饋，依據反饋改善質量控制 Improve quality control according to customer’s feedback. 6、總結產品質量問題并推動相關部門及時解決。 Summary product quality and push relative departments to solve problems. 7、對生產線員工進行質量知識的培訓 Train knowledge of product quality for production staff. 8、協助跟蹤產品的使用情況并提供改善意見。 Follow up the use of products and give improvement suggestion. 9、完成上級委派的其他任務 Handle other task from superior. 10、工資待遇：工資3500-8000元+加班費+年終獎（總收入5-12萬/年） Salary is between RMB3500 to RMB8000 per month + overtime payment + end of year bonus (total is between 50-120 thousand per year)
